The development trend of high-pressure cleaners

China's cleaning market is huge, but the proportion of high-pressure water jet cleaning is relatively small. Therefore, high-pressure cleaning machines have broad market prospects. At the same time, domestic efforts should be intensified in research and development to narrow the gap with foreign counterparts and expand market share.

The development trends of high-pressure water jet technology are mainly manifested in the following aspects:

(1) High-pressure cleaners are characterized by high pressure and high power. At present, the maximum pressure of high-pressure water jet cleaning equipment can reach 300 MPa, and the maximum power can reach 900 kW, and it is still constantly increasing.

(2) Diversification of peripheral equipment. Research and development of various types of equipment such as pneumatic rotary spray gun nozzles, hose self-inlet cleaners, wall-climbing cleaners, flat surface cleaners, and crushers are very active.

(3) The system pursues intelligence and mechatronics integration. By comprehensively applying a complete set of equipment of various general machinery, the high-pressure cleaner has been transformed from simple industrial cleaning to high-difficulty engineering applications such as rust removal, concrete crushing and paint removal.

(4) Applications of rotating jets. The rotating jet can enable the water jet to maintain the basic normal impact force while adding a tangential delamination force. The combination of these two forces can greatly improve the operation efficiency.

High-pressure water jet technology has many advantages and a wide range of application fields. Compared with traditional cleaning methods, it can generate good economic and social benefits.
